This morning Fylde Rural Task Force attended Preston Magistrates Court to request a Closure Order for a property on All Saints Road, Lytham St Annes.
This follows numerous reports of criminality and ASB including improper and illegal use of e-bikes, storing of stolen property, noise nuisance, drug dealing and use. These persistent issues have had a detrimental impact on the lives of local residents.
We are pleased to inform you the Order has been granted and this afternoon we attended the property to remove any occupants.
The Order is now in place for three months and restricts any person from entering the property. Any person in breach of the order can and will be arrested.
We understand how frustrating ASB can be as a resident and we hope this Order acts as a deterrence to those involved to prevent further incidents.
